Peoples dependency on Facebook
After a long day at work, sometimes coming home getting on Facebook to check the latest updates sounds very appealing. I use Facebook as a stress reliever sometimes. But when people are on facebook for more than 5 hours of the day, there has to be a problem. Peoples dependency of Facebook increase every day, and I honestly do not see that number decreasing any time soon. What if Facebook was never invented? What if social media as we know it today just vanished? Would people go crazy? People are so used to Facebook always being there, but what they have to realize is sites like that could get shut down with the snap of a finger. I'm not saying that Facebook will get shut down, but I am trying to stress to people not to be so dependent on Facebook. It's a social media site made for communicating to people. It's not meant to stress over. So people, keep your cool. And don't stay on Facebook for more than 5 hours. You'll get brainwashed. =)

Call it a drug.
Theres no doubt that Facebook has became one of the most popular social networking sites on this planet. It went from being a website for college students, to one of the biggest advertising sites in the world. Along with advertising on this site comes cummunicating. Facebook has many different ways you can communicate to other people. Sending messages, instant messages, commenting pictures and posting on walls are only a few ways you can communicate with others on Facebook. Although the idea of having a website that lets you communicate with whoever you want when it's convenient for you is very intriguing, doesn't there have to be some drawbacks? More than 25% of students at school will be on Facebook in class rather than listening to a lecture. Facebook is like a mini drug, once you start doing it you can't stop. It has gotten so popular that the Android market and the Itunes market have came out with Facebook Applications for your phone to use wherever you go. Call me crazy, but is this becoming a widespread epidemic?
